The Health Science Journal
The Health Science Journal began in 2015 as a shared vision for a free consumer online publication that would point readers to modern and traditional health resources by featuring the latest health and wellness news and stories from around the world.
Our mission is to provide our readers the opportunity to optimize their health and well-being through content that offers advice and info on health and fitness related topics. We do our utmost to only run effective, research-backed health and fitness content that can help our readers live healthier and happier lives.
Our team of regular writers and contributors is made up of industry professionals, published authors and health and fitness enthusiasts. As a means to ensure genuine articles and industry accepted health practices and advice, publishing is overseen by a three-member Editorial Team, headed by our Editor-in-chief, Boban Stojmanovski.
We cover wide topics, from stress management, elderly care, diet and exercise, to effective home remedies and more. We don’t promise any quick fixes. Change requires time and effort and likely adapting new habits and routines. However, with knowledge and commitment, you can achieve your mental, physical and emotional goals and lead a more fulfilling life.
Follow us as we tap into the world health heritage and bring you the newest advances in the science and culture of health and well-being.
NOTE: please understand that our articles and guides are written to cater to a greater audience. They can be general in nature and are NOT a substitute for visiting your doctor. You doctor knows you best – from your own and your family’s medical history to other conditions that can require special/customized treatment and recovery path. When in doubt about an exercise or a diet plan in our articles, it’s best to call your doctor and ask if they are a good fit for you.
