You know you need to get fit, but you don’t want to join a health club — it’s too expensive, there’s no gym convenient to you, or maybe you’re just the independent type. Or perhaps you’re already a gym member, but your schedule has been too manic for you to get away. That leaves working out at home and you CAN have a great workout without leaving the house.

CashNetUSA, teamed up with Alistair Mills, an expert personal trainer, to develop some simple exercises you can do in your living room with absolutely no gym equipment needed. And, for every exercise, there’s another exercise that will push you even further once you’re feeling confident.

Even if you can only spare 15 minutes per day, here’s an exercise routine that you can do anytime, anywhere!

Cardio is great for your entire body, and you can do it from the comfort of your home. Beginning with a light cardio program will slowly lift your heart rate, increasing blood circulation and warming up muscles. Here are two exercises that will raise your heartbeat.
