Take 3 Tablespoons A Day to Lower Your Cholesterol And Lose Belly Fat!

May 18, 2017 by Melissa Bell 5 Comments

Here’s a recipe that you should always have at home. It’s a great natural remedy that can improve your health in several important ways and it’s a breeze to make. This garlic-based drink improves the function of your organs, purifies your blood by removing toxins and cholesterol, refreshes your blood vessels and the heart and boosts your whole immune system.

Furthermore, this excellent natural remedy speeds up your metabolism, promoting naturally the process of weight loss. Think of it as a body cleanser that removes all harmful deposits from your system.

The Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 cloves of garlic (peeled);
  • 1/2 a liter of red wine (Pinot Noir is tasty and has the highest level of antioxidants).

INSTRUCTIONS:

You start by cutting the garlic cloves into pieces and putting them in a jar. Next, pour the wine over them and close the jar. Leave the jar in a sunny place for 2 weeks, but give it a good shake every day. After 2 weeks pour the liquid in a dark glass bottle store it, either in refrigerator or in a cool place. Consume 1 tablespoon of this drink 3 times a day for a month. While you only consume the drink for a month, its benefits continue long after. Following that month, take a break for 6 months – only afterwards repeat the remedy if you are satisfied with the results.

BENEFITS:

This drink is abundant in various antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial properties. Here are some of the benefits it can provide you:

  • Treats inflammatory diseases;
  • Improves metabolism;
  • Reduces cholesterol levels;
  • Removes excess salt from the body;
  • Eliminates toxins from the body;
  • Clean the blood;
  • Increases energy;
  • Fat burn;
  • Maintains health of blood vessels and heart;
  • Increases stamina.

The health benefits of red wine are well documented. Various studies have found that those who drink a small glass of red wine a day have reduced risk of developing dementia and cancer, have better heart function, age slower and have better regulated blood sugar.

Red wine contains Resveratrol, which was found to bring health benefits similar to those one gets from exercise. Resveratrol was found to improve physical performance, the cardiovascular system and muscle strength in the same way as a session in the gym.

Red wine also contains antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties which mean that it can prevent the formation of blood clots that can lead to heart attack. All these helpful substances can inhibit the growth and spread of cancer cells. Their special ability allows them to kill cancer cells while leaving healthy cells intact.

If you refuse to use alcohol or are not partial to wine, you can substitute it with Apple Cider Vinegar, which brings its own unique benefits.

    Can this be done with non-alcoholic wine?

      There are some studies that suggest that it can. Researchers in France, for example, found that artificially lowering the alcohol level of a Cabernet Sauvignon (from 12% ABV to 6% ABV) didn’t remove any of the antioxidants beneficial for cardiovascular health. The conclusion of the study was that low alcohol and non-alcoholic red wines could be used to treat people with heart disease.

      Just make sure that the process by which the wine is de-alcoholised doesn’t remove the antioxidants from the wine.

      Cheers,
      THSJ
